In-person personal training is for clients who want hands on coaching, real time feedback, and a fully personalized approach to training.

This option is ideal if you want accountability, structure, and expert guidance in a private, focused setting.

Sessions are held at your own gym or at a designated training facility provided upon booking.

You’ll follow a trainer-designed program alongside others in the challenge, creating momentum through routine and commitment. This is a guided group challenge, not 1:1 coaching, focused on helping you stay consistent and disciplined over 8 weeks.
